The location of the hotel was great as it was easy to find and convenient for a short visit. The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for our Christmas stay. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which added to the overall pleasant experience.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't particularly enjoy. First, the check-in time was not clearly communicated to us and we arrived to find the door closed.
